Replace the courier-and-stamp transcript request with a digital portal. Students download cryptographically-signed transcripts. Employers verify them against your institution's public endpoint. Forgeries become technically impossible.
What it does
Three flows. One source of truth.
The Transcript Portal serves three audiences: students who need to share records, employers who need to verify them, and your registrar who needs to control issuance.
Registrar signs
Registrar reviews the request, confirms the record, and digitally signs the transcript with the institution's private key.
Signed PDF + QR
Student gets a PDF transcript with a unique verification URL and QR code embedded. Shareable by email, link, or print.
Employer verification
Employer scans QR or visits URL. Sees institution name, student name, programme, grades, and a green "Valid" badge — verified live against the institution's signed record.
Revocation
If a transcript needs to be revoked (data error, fraud), registrar marks it revoked. Public verification then returns "Revoked" with a reason.
Audit trail
Every issued, viewed, verified, revoked event recorded with timestamp, actor, IP. Exportable for compliance.
AI anomaly detection
On AWS Bedrock. AI watches the verification endpoint for suspicious patterns — bulk requests from one IP, attempts to verify revoked transcripts, geographic mismatches between graduate location and verifier. Your registrar gets a daily flagged-events digest.
How verification works
Cryptography — not blockchain hype.
We don't use blockchain. We use the same digital signature technology that has secured banking, e-government, and digital identity for two decades. Your institution holds a private key. Every transcript is signed with it. Anyone with the public key can verify the signature in milliseconds.
Signature algorithmRSA-PSS with SHA-256 (legacy verifiers) or Ed25519 (modern). 2048-bit minimum for RSA, 256-bit for Ed25519.
Key custodyHardware security module (HSM) for institutions with strict requirements. Software-protected vault for everyone else. Your choice.
Public endpointhttps://verify.your-institution.edu/{transcript-id} — returns JSON or HTML showing transcript details and validity.
QR codesEmbedded in every PDF. Scanning opens the verification URL. Verification works without any app installed.

PrivacyEach transcript URL is non-guessable (16+ random characters). Students control who they share it with. Optional expiry per transcript.
