What it does
Every step of an admissions cycle — in one place.
A standard portal includes the prospective-student flow, the document-upload flow, the fee-payment flow, the reviewer queue, and the decision-letter flow. Optional pieces are bolted on per institution.
Document upload
Transcripts, certificates, ID proofs, recommendation letters. PDF and image support. File size limits per document type.
Application fee payment
Razorpay, Stripe, Flutterwave, or your local gateway. ERPNext integration if you already invoice through it.
Reviewer queue
Reviewers see applications by programme, status, deadline. Mark complete, request changes, escalate. Multi-stage workflows supported.
Decision letters
Templated decision letters — offer, conditional offer, waitlist, rejection. Sent by email with PDF attachment.
Auto-enrol on accept
When a student accepts an offer, account is auto-created in Moodle, enrolled in the right cohort, welcome email sent.
AI document verification
On AWS Bedrock. AI extracts fields from uploaded transcripts and IDs, compares them to the application form, and flags inconsistencies — wrong dates of birth, name mismatches, suspect document formatting. Reviewers see the flags; humans make every final decision.

Apply
Student creates account, fills form, uploads documents, pays application fee. Confirmation email sent.

Review
Application lands in reviewer queue. Reviewer checks documents, makes notes, marks decision. Can be multi-stage.

Decision letter generated, sent by email, PDF attached. Student sees status update in their portal.

Enrol
Student accepts offer. Account auto-provisioned in Moodle. Quad app download link sent. Welcome cohort joined.
